Volunteer Roles

Please select the area in which you would like to serve, noting the anticipated time commitment for each. We will try our best to accommodate your preference.
Student Buddy - Accompany a Guest with companionship and assistance throughout the prom celebration. Experience with special needs is a plus. Volunteers will be paired with a Guest by the NTS Team; Families & Best buddies should answer yes & enter the Guest's name below. Time commitment 4:30-9:15 pm
Activities Team - Engage with Guests, facilitate games, help with photo booth, karaoke, etc. Time commitment 5-9 pm
Characters in Costume - Guests love to interact and dance with characters. Time committment 5-9 pm
Meal Team - Assist with dinner, snacks, and drinks for Guests and families, as well as a snack area for volunteers. Time commitment 4-9 pm
Hair, Makeup, & Shoeshine - Pamper our Guests with last minute touch ups. Time commitment 5-9 pm
Paparazzi - Treat Guests like the royal Celebrities that they are! Time commitment 5-9 pm
